Overview
By enrolling in ChartLocal’s Google Grant Management Service, your organization is engaging our team to secure, manage, and optimize a Google Ads Grant valued at up to $10,000/month in ad credit from Google. We serve churches and nonprofits who qualify under the Google for Nonprofits program.

For churches, our standard pricing is:

$349/month for the Essentials package

$499/month for the Growth package

$1099/month for the Impact package

All plans require a 12-month commitment. Setup fees are waived during promotional periods.

Eligibility
To qualify for Google Ad Grants, your organization must:

Be a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit

Have a secure (HTTPS) website with substantial content

Agree to Google’s Ad Grant program policies

ChartLocal will assist in securing the grant and maintain compliance on your behalf.

Services Provided
Your selected service tier (Essentials, Growth, or Impact) includes:

Google Grant application and onboarding

Custom campaign creation and audience targeting

Keyword strategy and ad copywriting

Monthly campaign management and optimization

GA4 conversion tracking

Google Business Profile integration

Performance reporting

Optional add-ons (e.g., event campaigns, monthly calls) are available for an additional fee.

Campaign Strategy
We structure your campaigns to align with your mission, goals, and website content. Campaign types may include:

Local and national search campaigns

Dynamic search campaigns

Performance Max campaigns (YouTube, Display, Gmail, etc.)

Campaign structure is determined based on your selected package and available creative assets.

Reporting & Communication
You will receive a monthly report with insights on campaign performance, conversions, keyword trends, and optimization recommendations. Email support is included; phone/Zoom support is available as an add-on.

Terms of Payment

Your billing begins on the date of signup.

All payments are billed monthly via auto-draft.

A valid credit card is required to be on file.

Setup fees are waived with a 12-month commitment.

If service is cancelled before the 12-month term, the waived setup fee will be due:
- $500 (Essentials)
- $750 (Growth)
- $1,000 (Impact)

No refunds are provided for partial months or unused services.

Cancellations & Refunds

Service may be cancelled by either party with 30 days’ written notice.

Early termination will result in a charge for the previously waived setup fee.

If ChartLocal is unable to secure the Google Grant within 90 days and you request cancellation, all monthly fees paid to that point will be refunded.

Reactivation after cancellation may incur a $250 re-onboarding fee.

Client Responsibilities
To ensure campaign success, the client agrees to:

Provide admin access to Google assets as needed

Maintain website functionality and HTTPS security

Notify ChartLocal of any website changes that could affect ad performance

Avoid making edits to the Google Ads account without coordination

General Terms & Conditions

Payment Expectations

Invoices are due monthly via auto-payment.

Late payments beyond 15 days may result in paused services.

After 30 days of non-payment, services may be terminated and assets removed.

Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your website, content, and ad accounts.

ChartLocal maintains rights to strategy documentation and internal templates.

You may request copies of ads or reporting data at any time.

Cancellation Terms

Early cancellation incurs the repayment of waived setup fees.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to billing@chartlocal.com.

Services stop 30 days from receipt of cancellation notice.

Limitation of Liability
ChartLocal cannot guarantee specific traffic, conversion, or revenue outcomes.

We are not liable for issues caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Google Ads policy changes, account suspensions, etc.).

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be handled via binding arbitration in New Hanover County, North Carolina.
